Our Process

Eight stages from specification to final submission.

A managed process a project manager can put on a schedule: clear stages, defined outputs, visible status, and records at the end. Scaled to the project — not every engagement needs every artifact, and work can start at any stage.

  1. 1

    Review and Extract

Review available specifications, contract sections, equipment lists, schedules, and submittal requirements — and pull the training and documentation obligations into one organized register.

    Potential outputs

    • Requirements register
    • Clarification list
    • Initial deliverable list
    • Risk and assumption list
  2. 2

    Define Roles and Scope

Determine the audiences, equipment, systems, tasks, objectives, competency expectations, records, and appropriate formats — so the scope reflects what the project actually requires.

    Potential outputs

    • Role-to-training matrix
    • Training scope
    • Documentation scope
    • Recommended delivery approach
  3. 3

    Plan the Workstream

Connect inputs, deliverables, reviews, training dates, and submission milestones to the project schedule, so the workstream tracks with installation and commissioning instead of colliding with them.

    Potential outputs

    • Training program plan
    • Deliverable register
    • Responsibility matrix
    • Review schedule
    • Status-report structure
  4. 4

    Coordinate Technical Input

Organize input from mechanical, electrical, controls, software, safety, commissioning, operations, and other relevant SMEs. We prepare the structure and the questions; your experts confirm the information only they can authorize.

  5. 5

    Develop the Deliverables

Create the appropriate training, documentation, assessments, reference materials, video, and digital content — developed to align with the applicable specification.

  6. 6

    Manage Reviews and Revisions

Prepare review packages, collect comments, track dispositions, coordinate responses, and control revised versions — structured to support customer review and acceptance.

  7. 7

    Deliver and Document

Support classroom, hands-on, virtual, or digital delivery and maintain the required records — attendance, completion, and evaluation.

  8. 8

    Submit and Support Closeout

Organize the final reviewed materials and records in the required submission structure, and support the project team through closeout.

Listed outputs are typical, not automatic — each project's plan includes the artifacts its requirements, schedule, and contract actually call for. Technical content is validated by the appropriate project subject-matter experts throughout.
